Description: Private practice is seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to build and grow a thyroid-focused endocrinology practice -- Nearly 100% outpatient; hybrid clinical and academic position -- Practice intentionally focused on thyroid and parathyroid disorders; routine diabetes, pituitary, adrenal, osteoporosis, obesity medicine, and reproductive endocrinology not expected -- Strong referral network from 5 established ENT surgeons and a large primary care network; significant unmet community demand with immediate patient volume -- Collaborate with 5 ENT surgeons; coordinate care with an established health system referral network -- Experienced Nurse Practitioner on staff performing thyroid biopsies using onsite ultrasound equipment -- 4 clinic locations within 5–10 miles of each other; dedicated MA and nursing support; opportunity to add APP support as volume grows -- Academic appointment with a GME Internal Medicine Residency Program; teach residents and assist with endocrine rotation and curriculum development -- Light phone-only call; covers after-hours calls for own patients only; average call frequency approximately once every 60 days -- AI-assisted documentation through EMMA EMR -- New graduates encouraged to apply -- Florida medical license required or ability to obtain -- Competitive income guarantee with sign-on bonus -- $15,000 relocation assistance -- Student loan assistance available -- CME allowance; paid time off; malpractice coverage -- Comprehensive benefits package
