Description: Medical Center is seeking a Locum BC Interventional Cardiologist for rotating hospital and clinic coverage starting 2027 -- Coverage dates (2027): - January 25–29 - February 8–26 (weeks of the 8th, 15th, and 22nd) - March 8–12, 22–26, 29–April 2 - April 19–23 - May 24–28 - June 28–July 9 (two consecutive weeks) - August 16–20, 30–September 3 - September 13–17 - October 25–29 - November 1–5, 22–26, 29–December 3 - December 20–24, 27–31 -- On-going need -- Monday–Friday 7am–5:30pm -- STEMI coverage and cardiology consults; no CT backup -- 8–14 hospital consults per day; 18–24 clinic patients per day; 4–5 procedures per day; 1–2 TEEs per day -- Patient population: adults 60+ -- Support staff includes MA, PCT, nurse, and PA; 2 physicians in group -- Interview via Teams/Zoom -- Minimum 2 years of experience required -- EMR: Cerner -- Arizona license required; IMLC accepted; will consider licensing candidates -- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed) -- ACLS and BLS required
