Description: Hospital is seeking a Locum BC Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide outpatient coverage -- 34-week contract -- 2–3 weeks per month -- Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; 5x8 shifts -- 15–18 patients per day including 1–2 new patients and 2 benign hematology patients per day -- Focus on prostate, kidney, bladder, and benign hematology cases -- Minimal call; overlaps with scheduled days/nights or agreed-upon weekend coverage as needed; 9 providers share 24-hour call rotation -- Adult patients -- Support staff includes APPs, pharmacist, and nurses -- Minimum 2 years of experience required -- EMR: Epic -- Active North Carolina license or IMLC accepted -- CSR and DEA required
