Description: Facility is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist Medical Director for new ASC opening Spring 2027 -- Monday–Friday only; no call; flexible scheduling; 2–3 days per week covering 7–10 cases per week -- Ground-floor leadership opportunity -- Cases include interventional cardiology, EP interventions, vascular procedures, device placements, and sedation cases -- Employed position -- Medical Director responsibilities include developing and maintaining anesthesia policies, protocols, and quality standards; clinical leadership of anesthesia services; recruitment and development of the anesthesia team; establishing perioperative workflows; and supporting quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives -- Collaborate with surgeons, proceduralists, nursing, and administrative leadership -- Future oversight of anesthesia services at an additional 4-OR ASC as the multispecialty ambulatory surgery program grows -- 8+ years of experience preferred
